Technical Support Trainees

To Be Trained To:

• Interface customers over the phone and electronic means to resolve the technical issues
• Monitor network, systems alert for any variance from standard operating process and initiate corrective measures
• Study the customer usage patterns and proactively take appropriate steps

Requirements:

• Good A/L in Mathematical or IT Stream
• Keenness to pursue technical career in IT / Communication
• Willingness to work in Shift basis
• Males below 23 years of age
