Customer Care Agent - International Client Servicing (Executive Grade)

Job Profile:

• Continuous communication with customers to ensure that the customer requirements are met and a smooth flow of information is maintained.
• Provide a reliable support system to the sales team by providing timely information and maintaining transparency.
• Networking and liaising with all internal departments in order to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in MS Office, especially skilled in MS Excel Spreadsheets.
• Experience in Accountancy and/or accounting applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience using ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP) would be an advantage.
• A team player with a pleasant personality.
