Head of Internal Audit

The above position is available for a dynamic and competent target driven individual who has the drive and passion for generating value added recommendations to enhance the company's overall internal control operations. He / She will act independently and report to the board whilst providing advice to the senior management for effective decision making.

Responsibility:
The person will have to communicate effectively with the management throughout the audit process to ensure adherence to work plans, schedules, and that audit concerns are addressed effectively in a timely manner. The person should also be a team player and embrace the company's compliance principles.

Anticipating emerging issues through proper auditing processes is an important part of this position.

Qualification:

• The person should be a qualified chartered accountant & a member of the SLICA
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience in a reputed financial organization in a similar capacity
• Exceptional communication skills
