The Company’s products are used by the pharmaceuticals and confectionary industries as well as manufacturers of aps/detergents which include top multinationals, such as Unilever, Glaxo, Dilmah, Maliban etc.

Group HR Manager

The HR Manager will manage the HR functions at Acme Printing & Packaging PLC and its subsidiary of Acme Packaging solutions (Pvt) Ltd. You will also be required to provide advance and guidance to our other group of companies when required.

• Selected person should be around 40 years and should be a professional with excellent academic records with HR qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Should be self-confident with interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Sinhala and be able to influence, negotiable and identify talent at recruitment.
• He should effectively handle employees relations and disputes and negotiate with Trade Unions with good knowledge of labour laws and be familiar with the legal compliances.
