Management Trainees
We invite applications from candidates who are confident of meeting our expectations while possessing the following basic requirements, to be selected as Management Trainees.
Our Expectations :
- Be less than 27 years of age
- A Graduate in Banking and Finance / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Accountancy / Finance / Mathematics / Law / Information Technology or Human Resources, preferably with a class from a recognized University.
OR
- Bea member / passed finalist in a recognized professional accounting body
- Two years of working experience in a bank (including Internship) will be a distinct advantage
- Be prepared to work in any branch locations
- A self motivated individual with sound numerical, analytical and presentation skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in Business
- A High Performer with an outgoing personality

- Management Trainees will be provided hands-on work experience and an opportunity to be absorbed as an Executive Officer to the permanent cadre of the Bank, after successful completion of the training programme and achieving the required standard.
