HR Executive - Corporate Human Resources

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Human Resources or Business Management / a well-recognised professional qualification in Human Resources.
• A minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed organisation in the field of HR (Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, PMS, HR Systems, etc).
• An excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A high level of creativity, innovation & energy.
