Senior HR Executive - PMS

The person is responsible for the implementation of the PMS by ensuring adherence to the PMS process at Corporate & SBUs and to compile & analyze data for completion of the PMS process.

The candidate should between 25-30 years of age, possess professional qualification in HR. Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resources domain and 2 years in a similar role, with considerable exposure to the PMS process and practice in a large organization is a must.
