Senior Customer Care Agent - International Client Servicing (Senior Executive Grade)
Job Profile:
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers with clarity and effectiveness.
- Good listening skills; in order to gain a clear understanding of your team and of the customer's requirements.
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants.
- Ability to work well under pressure with confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
- Problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business management or marketing.
- Added qualifications in Business Communication, Marketing or Sales will be beneficial.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an senior executive role preferably in a customer facing position.
- Experience using ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics Nav or SAP) would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in customer communication and small team management.
