Assistant HR Manager Compliance

The position requires in assisting in developing the policies related to employee compliance and direct implementation of the same to ensure that all statutory requirements are met.

The candidate should be between 30-35 years of age, possess professional qualification in HR / IR. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resource domain and 2 years in a similar role with working experience in compliance related issues is a must. Exposure to different industries would be an added advantage.
