Customer Care Officer / Customer Care Assistant

The job holder will be expected to contribute to the achievement of sales targets, assisting the manager to maintain high store administrative standards and, achieve customer delight through providing superior customer service.

Job Profile:

• Build a strong customer base & consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Attract & retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service.
• Assist Store Manager to maintain high standards of shop administration.
• Assist customer in choosing the best product according to their needs.

Personal Profile:

• Passionate about Sales and Customer care.
• Energetic and a motivated go-getter.
• Flexible to work on a roster.
• Passed Ordinary Levels.
• Aged between 18 to 25 Years.
• Strong Extra-Curricular activity record.
• Prior experience at a retail store in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
• Effective Communication skills and strong IT skills.
