Qualifications & attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of customer care in the healthcare industry.
- Having a Degree/ HND/ Diploma in Business Management would be an added advantage.
- Smart and dynamic individuals below 35 years of age.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A pleasing personality with excellent customer re-lations skills.
- Computer literacy.
- A team player with a positive mind-set and ability to multitask.
