Customer Care Officer
- G.C.E. O/L qualified
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (school leavers without experience will be considered for trainee positions)
- Sound command in English
- Aged between 18-24 years
- Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage
- Will be required to work extended hours on roster basis (night shifts included)
