The position holder will be responsible for brand visibility and brand performance in terms of sales, inventory and margins of identified product lines. He/she will also be responsible for category / rand advertising and marketing activities.

Assistant Brand Manager - Digital Products

Personal Profile:

• Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure the products and services meet customer's expectations and to build credibility
• Manage product life cycle and plan promotions as per dynamics
• Need to work on promotion for various channels — showrooms, channel and e-commerce marketing
• Plan and deliver on growth (Volume, Value) in alignment with internal category teams
• Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
• Meeting with frontend sales force and working with colleagues across multiple departments
• Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots

Job Profile:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling branding and marketing in a start up
• Professionally qualified in Marketing (CIM/ SLIM)
• A degree from a recognized university
• Creative and ability to produce innovative ideas
• Strong knowledge about the industry and the market,
• Energetic and passionate about brand building
• Time and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Go getter with strong communication and leadership skills
