Customer Relation Officer - All Island

Locations: Kolonnawa / Borella / Dematagoda / Maradana / Mountlavinia / Wellawatte / Moratuwa / Kalutara / Wadduwa / Panadura / Matugama / Aluthgama / Elpitiya / Uragasmanhandiya /  Beruwela / Baddegama / Medawachchiya / Kahatagasdigiliya / Galenbidunuwewa /  Padaviya / Pilimathalawa / Gampola / Kalawana / Balangoda / Killinochchi / Akkaraipattu / Kalmunai / Valachchanai / Trincomalee / Kantale / Kottawa / Bandaragama / Hatton

The Person:

  • Outgoing with a pleasing personality and able to work individually. Result-oriented / taking initiatives and accountable

The Job:

  • Willing to work in the field
  • Build and maintain relationships with our existing customer base
  • Ensure timely and effective premium collections
  • Educate customers on current developments and procedures
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Target-oriented with excellent convincing skills
  • Ability to identify changing customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Below 45 years of age
  • Good communication skills (being trilingual will be an added advantage)
  • Completion of GCE A/L Examination

Other Requirements:

  • Possess a motor bike with a valid riding license
  • SLIl license code

Experience:

  • One year relevant previous experience in the field of Life Insurance is a must
