Junior Executive

Location: Dambulla Regional Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure completeness and business quality parameters are met for new business generation.
• Generating reports on a daily / monthly basis such as KPI, persistency, productivity, activity, MDRT status etc.
• Supporting Branch Manager by coordinating events and sales meeting presentations.
• Performing other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Branch Manager in order to meet operational and other business requirements.

Candidates are required to have:

• Following a diploma or a degree in Business Management / Insurance. 
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Industry. 
• Good at MS Office applications. 
• Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure.
