Senior Human Resource Executive / Human Resource Executive

• A Degree in HRM from a recognized University / Institute or Possess Professional Qualification in HRM (Results pending applicants also preferred to apply)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HRM at a Reputed Bank or a Finance Company
• Age below 30 years
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Developments, HRIS, HR Events Management & HR Operations
• Ability to write Reports, Letters & Presentations
• Fluency in English & Sinhala coupled with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with MS Office Packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
