Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate must have an extensive knowledge of commercial construction and you will be responsible for developing and implementing both short & long term plans to increase sales and market share.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Selected candidate will be directly reporting to the CEO of Laugfs Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, and following are the expected key responsibilities.
• Identify and meet the new clients while presenting company capabilities in a persuasive and credible manner
• Develop long term relationships with new clients such as architects, developers, interior designer, other representatives in Private and Government organizations and maintain strong relationship
• Must engage with clients throughout the cycle of the sale, from initial contact, proposal submission and negotiation up to concluding the sale

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's in Marketing Management, fully qualification in CIM or SLIM
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of commercial construction industry, out of which 2 years should be in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English - both verbal and written
