Executive Housekeeper

• 5 years of experience in similar capacity in a recognized hotel
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping & laundry operations
• Internal exposure and Hotel School qualification would be at an added advantage
• Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
• Operate within department budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
• Set department targets and objectives, work schedules and policies and procedures
• Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Housekeeping / Laundry Team with an emphasis on training a winning team
• Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customer and suppliers
• Excellent guest service skills
• Be computer literate
• Strong organizational skills & flexible to the needs of the Organization
