Project Planner cum IT Support Specialist

Our office is located on Siripa Road, Colombo 5.

We are on the lookout for smart individuals who have a powerful combination of passion and creative knowledge in transforming a client's business vision seamlessly into a project work.

We work on very tight deadlines in a dynamic & challenging environment and you will need to have the capacity to juggle several projects at once.

You will be part of a highly motivated an focused team working together to see projects through to delivery, on time.

Required to work with developers and clients with coordination, time-line management, project management and strategic value additions.

Preferred:

  • A keen interested in current technologies such as Web / Mobile Apps and Social Media
  • Ability to work under pressure (a must)
  • A good sense of website technology
  • Be able to work independently
  • A bachelor's degree related to Information Technology / Software Engineering
  • Candidate with knowledge of project management techniques and tools will be preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken / written)

Job Requirements:

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Prepare reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • As a member of our Web Support team, you will have to work with customers who are encountering difficulties using their website. UUour goal is to fully support our customers in a friendly manner and timely manner
  • You will need to quickly respond to all incoming support related emails
  • Answer and respond to all Web Support calls
  • Process all requested issues or errors in consultation with the Seniors of the Technical team and relevant Project Manager
  • Maintain a work log of activity done for each client and send the clients and internal team reports of the same
  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve any and all discrepancies
  • Timely communication of issues
