Key Responsibilities 

• Design, development and testing of Affno's software products.
• Implementation of new product modules and features.
• Maintaining and upgrading products.
• Managing and mentoring junior JAVA engineers. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 3 – 4 years of work experience.
• Experience with J2EE as well as Springs, Struts and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with web-based software solutions.
• Experience in working with and managing development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Prominence will be given to work experience and technological exposure over educational background.
