Our office is located on Siripa Road, Colombo 5.

We are on the lookout for smart individuals who have a powerful combination of passion and creative knowledge in transforming a client's business vision seamlessly into a project work.

We work on very tight deadlines in a dynamic & challenging environment and you will need to have the capacity to juggle several projects at once.

You will be part of a highly motivated an focused team working together to see projects through to delivery, on time.

The position is responsible for driving the success of BenWorldwide products, services & brand promise in the marketplace. this person will:

Preferred:

  • At least 2-4 years of Proven Experience
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
  • A keen interest in current technologies such as Web / Mobile Apps and Social media
  • Ability to work under pressure (a must)
  • Independently meet client and present convincing presentation
  • A good sense of website technology
  • Be able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent presentation skills is a must
  • Expert-level proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English (spoken / written)

Job Requirements:

  • Captures business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Ability to summarize the solution and offer it into an organized and comprehensive format that describes the solution, aligns to the client' needs and growth objectives, and positions the offering with pricing, ROI, and value benefit proposition. It should be designed to be able to stand alone to move the sale forward without presence of the sales person.
  • Ability to interpret and anticipate, understanding decision making systems and authorities: budgets, cycles, and competition
  • Ability to effectively manage time across the multiple customers and projects
  • High Volume Cold calling on businesses to quality potential leads
  • Uncovering new business development opportunities
  • Proactively involved with Excel spreadsheets to track leads
  • Data Entry to be performed on a daily basis
  • Setting Appointments for Account representatives
  • Perform client research as needed
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver targeted results
