Assistant Manager - After Sales Service
Damro is South Asia's largest furniture manufacturer & a leading furniture retailer. Innovex is the appliance brand of Damro & the company distributes wide range of appliances through showrooms & dealer island wide.
With further expansions in the after sales service operation, we seek to recruit a suitable male below 35 years of age for the above position at the appliance division at Mirigama Factory.
Selected candidate shall be required to:
- develop & implement strategies of the company, related to after sales service
- establish & maintain a process that meets the after sales service requirements
- maintain an up-to-date action plan addressing the issues
- coordinate & manage routine problems of island wide appliance technicians
- supervise appliance repair centre & liaise with manufacturing divisions
Applicants should:
- have a degree
- have good communication, coordination & management skills
- be a permanent resident within 25km from Mirigama
Having 3 years experience in the executive capacity in an organization will be an advantage.
