Process Associate

This position is responsible for providing high quality, real-time assistance in support of client projects, by word processing, data entry and revisions incorporated in a variety of software and media. The primary requirement is to ensure incoming and outgoing information is corresponded in an effective manner.

Essential Qualifications:
Excellent communication & business writing skills
Credit pass for English Literature will be preferred

Willingness to work in night shits on a rotational basis is a must
