Customer Relations Officer (Electrical Field)

Katunayake

This role would be suitable for an experienced customer relations officer preferably someone who has previously worked in an electrical company.

The successful candidate will also have:

• Fluent in English
• A warm, approachable manner
• At least two years experience in a similar position
• Extensive experience using MS Office software
• Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP) would be an added qualification

Job Profile:

• Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, phone etc
• Manage customer order entries and follow up with customers
• Manage and update client accounts
• Support other Departments
