Manager - Credit Administration

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess the credit quality of the existing investment stock and report to the management with appropriate recommendations for credit risk mitigation and for better lending decisions.
  • Continuous monitoring of the behavioral fluctuations of the NPL of the investment portfolio and propose suitable recommendations which are to be taken as precautionary measures
  • Analyze the present investment portfolio based on the ROI whilst categorizing the high yield investments with low risk vice versa for better lending decisions.
  • Develop new credit evaluation techniques / methods to upgrade the present methodology of credit evaluation and propose suitable recommendations

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Degree and/or equivalent Professional Qualifications in Banking & Finance, Credit Management or full professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field out of which 3-4 years in an Assistant Manager capacity in a bank or a reputed finance company
  • Sound analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • High computer literacy

Age below 45 years
