The Job Role

• You are required to handle HR functions & day today Administration functions.
• Ability to handle labour related matters
• Ability to provide necessary HR reports on time
• Responsible for company welfare activities for the benefits of employees
• Establish & maintain a strong relationship with operation teams and management

The Person

• The ideal candidate should hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized University / Institute.
• Those who have Legal background will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to work effectively and under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills of English and Sinhala
• Age below 30
