Web Developer

Our office is located on Siripa Road, Colombo 5.

We are on the lookout for smart individuals who have a powerful combination of passion and creative knowledge in transforming a client's business vision seamlessly into a project work.

We work on very tight deadlines in a dynamic & challenging environment and you will need to have the capacity to juggle several projects at once.

You will be part of a highly motivated an focused team working together to see projects through to delivery, on time.

Required to work in coordination with Project Managers / Sales Team, adhere to project time-line management, and add strategic value to project development.

Preferred:

  • Degree in information technology or related area, with some experience in web design and development.
  • Minimum of two years' experience
  • Good knowledge of CMS systems
  • Excellent skills HTML / CSS including HTML5 & CSS3 and responsive web design and Frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation)
  • Experience, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Knowledge in Magento will be a plus
  • Creative design skills including using image processing Software such as PhotoShop, Illustrator
  • Mobile App Design, (Android, iOS and Windows); will be a plus

Job Requirements:

  • Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
  • Contribution with innovative ideas and help build world-class user experience
  • Write clean code following best practices and standards
  • Build sites that will allow for efficient use of A/B testing, fast page load times, and efficient UI development
