Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will directly report to the General Manager Operations and will be responsible for the following duties.

The Primary Objectives of the Position

• Being responsible for handling overall production management process.
• Being responsible for handling overall distribution and transport process.
• Being responsible for handling overall service operation.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Overall responsibilities of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Systems
• Motivating, coaching and mentoring of subordinate staff

Personal Profile and Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.
• Sound knowledge in English.
• Sound knowledge & hands on experience in Microsoft Office package. 
• Good analytical and management skills and capability of multitasking. 
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual.
• Age bellow 45 years (Male)
• Priority will be given to candidates who are graduated in science streams
