PR and Guest Relations Executive
We are looking for an outstanding, active and energetic individual who can walk the talk, aged below 30 years, who has minimum 3 years' working experience in PR and Guest Relations, Front Office Sales and Marketing.
Person Specifications:
- Should possess the ability in identifying Guests / Customer needs and expectations
- Should be a team player
- Should have natural "Can Do" attitude
- Excellent communication and PR skills
- Ability to communicate in other Languages will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism management or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
