Software - Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Role:

• Preparation of user requirement analysis, functional requirement specifications if and when required
• Design, review and execute tests to verify the product quality according to the software requirement specifications and functional requirement specifications
• Prepare user manuals, release notes and conduct user training sessions if and when required
• Monitor, support and coordinate with different stakeholders in commercial system developments
• Load testing, using JMeter for applicable projects, evaluate its performance and document the load test results
• Familiarity with Selenium to conduct the regression and functional testing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidate should hold a degree in BSc in Information Systems or related field
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in software quality assurance in a software development environment
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript
• Must be competent in MySQL, Oracle and Informix Databases
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and research skills
• Should be a dynamic self-starter with the ability and willingness to work both in a team as well as individually
