Business Analyst
You will be working closely with clients as well as internal implementation teams in order to ensure delivery of a high quality solutions for the customer. You will be reporting to the General Manager – Enterprise Business Solutions and will provide assistance activities, Implementation and Post Implementation. Project Managers and Senior Solution Architects would liaise with you in delivering your outputs. Experience in Customer Applications and Business process Re-engineering would be an added advantage in getting short listed.
Ideal candidate should:
- Understand and be able to fully extract the hidden requirements of the customer
- Possess strong analytical and product management skills
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into high quality analytical / technical documents.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, CIMA or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in software development projects
- Prior experience in Telco Industry would be an added advantage
