Customer Service Assistant
(Negombo Branch)
- Position will be based at our Negombo Branch
- Position holder is responsible for maintaining a higher standard in all Customer care functions and smooth floor of administrative functions
- Continuous focus and attention are required inc oping with all relevant job areas
- Necessary training will be provided for the selected candidate, when required
Applicant:
- Should be between 18-24 years
- Should possess G.C.E. A/L Qualifications
- Should possess G.C.E. O/L Qualifications with credit passes for English Language and Mathematics
- Previous working experience in a financial institution on Customer Care will be an added advantage
- Should be a good team player with ability to maintain good working relationships
- Special reference will be given to candidates who are resident within Negombo Municipal limits
