We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional, who fulfill the following pre-requisites to join our HR Team.
Senior Executive - Human Resources
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Human Resources Management preferably from IPM or NIBM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training and Development
- Knowledge of training and organizational development practices and methods including training foods assessments
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Training programmes
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Ability to converse in Tamil Language will be an added advantage
- Age below 30 years
- Willingness to travel all parts of the island on request
