Training Manager - Burger King
To administer all of the required Burger King Workshops, operations initiatives and programmes in a designated area to ensure Burger King Mandates can be met. Provide teaching and coaching during the visit; and to recognize restaurant improvement with the expected outcome of improving overall restaurant operations across the BK system.
Job Description:
- Take responsibility for assisting teams in identifying, setting up and maintenance of Certified Training Restaurants (CTR)
- Administer all of the required Burger King Workshops, operations initiatives and programs in a designated area to ensure Burger King Mandates can be met
- Collaborate with entire team to ensure training needs of all involved are being met
- Analyze training needs and identify appropriate training interventions
- Conduct Training Audits on agreed frequency and conduct in-restaurant follow-up to ensure requirements set by Burger King are being met
Personal Profile:
- Should be a Team Player
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Age below 40
- Experience in Fast - Food Industry preferred
