IT Executive - Hardware

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and maintian desktop computers, peripherals, services, equipment and scanners including network devices such as switches and routers.
• Repair hardware and peripherals
• Update, coordinate and maintain digital media requirements (Website, Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Monitor and maintain the PABX telephone and fax system and the CCTV system
• Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, hardware etc
• Perform trouble shooting analysis of computer equipment, servers, workstations
• Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support
• Should visit branches for installations, troubleshooting of equipment such as routers, switches, servers etc

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking
• Knowledge in Digital Media Techniques
• Minimum 1 years' experience in similar capacity
• Valid Riding License

Salary: Negotiable
