Manager - Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• A degree in Science, Maths or Engineering with more than 3 years experience in an ISO certified industrial manufacturing organization
• Determine, negotiate and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Access customer requirements and ensuring setting customer service standards
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Investigate and setting standards for quality / health and safety
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards
• Working with operating staff to improve procedures, standards, systems and procedures
• Writing management / technical reports
• Conduct management reviews
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance / quality
• Directing objectives to maximize profitability
• Record, analyze statistical information and monitoring performance
• Supervise technical or laboratory staff
