Job Profile & Qualifications:
- More than 4-5 years' related work experience of which at least 3 years' experience should be in a dynamic retail business environment
- Capability on handling large workforce
- Sound problem solving and planning skills coupled with positive attitude
- One who takes an innovative and constructive approach with a high level of initiative and self-motivation are other attributes sought
- Possess good communication and team building skills
