Front Office Coordinator Cum Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Providing information to clients, greeting persons entering organization and directing individual to correct destination
  • To ensure that all interactions between employees, customer outside services, branches functioning smoothly
  • Provide effective customer service and handling correspondence
  • Make appointments and direct customers, visitors to proper location in coordination with the respective person in the department / branch
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the front office area while maintaining professional standards
  • Sending and receiving regular emails, answering phones, maintenance of security procedures
  • Data entry and other relevant paperwork and maintaining of records
  • Issuance of visitor passes
  • In all, front office coordinator is expected to perform vigilant role with some knowledge and professionalism when interacting with customers or prospective customers

Person:

  • 2-3 years' previous experience 
  • Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala and literacy in Tamil Language is an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and stress tolerance
  • Age below 40 years

This appointment will be on Contract basis and remuneration scale will be from LKR 25,000/- to LKR 30,000/- based on the level of knowledge and experience.
