HR Executive

Job Role:

• Handle entire HR functions & day-to-day Administration functions
• Handle EPF, ETF & Tax Payments
• Handle labour related matters
• Provide necessary HR reports on time
• Establish & maintain a strong relationship with all staff members

The Person:

• The ideal candidate should hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognised University / Institute
• A Legal background will be an added advantage
• Work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication in English and Sinhala
• Below 30 years of age
