We are currently in the process of recruiting the most competent candidate to Head of Sales for Air Conditioning.

Head of Sales - Air Conditioning

Job Profile:

• Provide technical and sales support in order to develop the business and to achieve the desired revenue to the division
• Analyse the competitive environment and provide innovative insights on positioning the product / brand for customer acquisition
• Ensure revenue and GP targets are met by the division on monthly basis
• Ensure the forecasted sales are achieved by the sales channels are per the required quantity
• Responsible in driving the sales team to achieve the desired revenue budgets and profitability

Eligibility Requirement:

• Over 5 years' experience in the Air Conditioning Industry handling large / medium scale projects on central air conditioning which include VRF, chillers and package systems
• Degree / Diploma or equivalent Marketing / Sales Management or from a recognised institute
• Technical qualification in relevant industry would be an added advantage
• Should be a confident and dynamic team player
• Result oriented and be ready to work under stress
