Trainees - Micro Finance
Candidates should possess:
- Sound educational background - O/L is a must
- Good linguistic skills in Sinhala or Tamil with English
- Good team player with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work under pressure and extra hours, if needed
- Willingness to travel and work island wide
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
Training Programme:
Selected candidates will undergo training through a bespoke programme designed by Alliance Finance Company PLC in consultation with the Aspirations Academy and the Sri Lanka Institute of Credit Management, taking into account a 360 degree view of the industry.
