Human Resources Associate
Job Profile:
You should be a self-motivated and results oriented individual who will be tasked with administering Talent acquisition process, Learning & Development process, maintaining leave and attendance records and assist in employee relations / compliance management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Management or full / part qualification in Human Resources from a recognised professional body
- Ability to work independently & as a team to achieve given objectives
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent command in both English and Sinhala languages
- One (1) years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Ability to work in a computerised environment
- Age below Twenty Eight (28) years
