Personal Assistant to Group General Manager

The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Group General Manager to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.

  • Do you want to be a Team Member of a 200 year old heritage, colonial hotel, home to four British Governors?
  • Are you efficient, self-motivated, organized and a good communicator?
  • Do you possess the essential attributes of discretion and confidentiality, and be calm under pressure?
  • Are you ready to take up challenges, with an open mind?
  • Are you capable of competently dealing with situations in GGM’s absence?
  • Do you have at least 5 years cxpcricncc in secretarial and administrative work, preferably in the Hospitality Trade working for a General Manager or a Head of an Organization?
  • Do you possess an excellent command of the English Language - both oral and written, and prepare correspondence on behalf of the GGM?
  • Are you familiar with MS Word, Excel, Internet, email and prepare presentations?
  • Are you willing to work beyond normal working hours when required?
