Trainee Customer Service Officers

We are currently looking for school leavers who could be employed as Trainee Customer Service Officers for the FIT Division. He / She should be GCE (A/L) qualified and possess a credit pass for English at the GCE (O/L). The candidate should be methodical, trustworthy, and confident and possess the ability to multitask. Excellent communications as well as interpersonal skills along with the ability to work under pressure are essential attributes for this position. The applicants must possess excellent working knowledge of English and basic IT skills. Relevant on the job training will be provided.
