HR Executive

The Job Role:

• You are required to handle HR function including employee absenteeism & day today administration function.
• Ability to provide necessary HR reports on time.
• Responsible for company welfare activities for the benefits of employees.
• Establish & maintain a strong relationship with operation teams & management.

The Person:

• The ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized University / institute.
• Minimum of 02 years work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Be an independent & result oriented individual who has the ability to work as a team. 
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Ability to work effectively and under pressure.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills of English & Sinhala.
• You should be flexible, innovative & a people oriented person.
• Age below 30 years.
