Call Centre Assistant
Job Profile
As the Call Centre Assistant you will be expected to be dependable, organised and have a pleasing personality. You will have to handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints and follow up on customer interactions while maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
Requirements:
- Completion of G.C.E. A/L is a minimum requirement
- Previous work experience in the same category is required
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil is required
