Executive (Finance - Taxation)

The ideal candidate should be smart and energetic with a dynamic personality and capable of handling the task independently as per requirements of the company.

Personal Profile:

• Associate member of CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA
• Minimum one year post qualification experiences in taxation in an industry / taxation division / in a taxation division of an audit firm. Deserving candidates with more than three years relevant experience can be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
• Should possess sound working and technical knowledge of prevailing tax laws
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Should possess excellent report writing and communication skills
• Candidate having experience in accounting / audit and assurance services / SAP would be an added advantage
• Should be preferably below 35 years of age

Job Profile:

• Advise to management of effective tax planning
• Compliance of all taxes including Corporate Income Tax, Value added Tax, Nation Building Tax, PAYE Tax, Remittance Tax etc
• Liaising with officers of Inland Revenue Department, Tax Appeal Commission and Tax Consultants to resolve tax matters
• Responsible for accounting and compliance aspect of taxation (SLFRS / LKAS)
• Prepare, assist and filling company's tax returns etc
• Responsible for all other tax related matters
