IT Associate

Location: Kadugannawa

Job Profile:
You will be responsible for configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.

Applicant Profile:

• Professional qualification in the field of IT (Networking & Hardware)
• Minimum of two years' experience in ICT sector
• Excellent technical knowledge of network, PC hardware, including Microsoft platform
• Experience hardware troubleshooting
• Skills and knowledge in cabling, configuring routers and servers
• Good knowledge on windows server technologies (Active Directory, IIS, DNS etc)
