Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career / succession planning, talent movement and retention
• Align Rainco Human Resources policies with Group Human Resources policies
• Develop an effective Talent Attractive programme to suit the business needs based on role identification
• Assist in Managing Human Resources budget with regard to employee operations
• Annually create a series of initiatives to foster employee engagement
• Responsible for Human Resources operations including benefit administration
• Assist in managing industrial relation matters and ensure compliance with regard to all relevant labour laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM / Business Management or full professional qualification
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 3 years as an Executive
• Thorough knowledge with regard to all applicable labour laws
• Ability tow work in a team based environment
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Age below 35 years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala & English languages
