Human Resources and Payroll Assistant
Location: Ekala
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Ensure submission of Payroll inputs on time and with complete accuracy
- Work with the Payroll team and business team to smoothly process payroll
- Improve the process and streamline inputs
- Participate and provide required artefacts for audits
- Share required data points with regard to employee payroll
- Work very closely with the exist management team to ensure smooth closures of F&F
- Manage processes end to end such as - Overtime, New hire inputs, Promotion inputs
Core HR:
- Support the People Advisor Lead to enable a smooth Employee Life Cycle
- Coordinate the performance achievement and promotion processes
- Coordinate with Career Counsellors and Managers to enable the implementation of HR Processes
- Manage the operations of the Recognition programme, Exit process and Talent Management process
- Work closely with business teams for Engagement activities
- Communicate company-wide initiatives to group supported
- Attend community events and promote networking opportunities
- Understand the tools and resources available in Accenture and leverage them to execute and implement HR Process
- Implement new HR tools and processes
- Manage the New Joiner Orientation (NJO) programme and ensure 100% compliance the same
Basic qualifications and Job requirements:
- Part completed HR Professional Qualification or Degree
- Additional qualification will be an added advantage
- Should have minimum 4-5 years of HR related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good excel skills
- Payroll experience will be useful
- Presentation skills
